Who can join the Kōkua Partner Program?
The program is intended for contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate agents and other professionals working with residential or commercial clients in Hawaiʻi. Contact Susanna to confirm current eligibility and enrollment requirements.
How does the 3% partner benefit work?
Kōkua members earn 3% on qualifying client purchases. The amount can be applied as a client discount or provided as a rebate to the participating professional. Confirm the applicable terms with Susanna before each order.
Does my client need to purchase directly from Susanna?
The purchasing procedure depends on the project. Before referring a client, contact Susanna to confirm how the project should be registered, who places the order and when the partner benefit is applied.
What support is available to trade professionals?
Partners can collaborate with Susanna’s team on cabinetry, stone surfaces, fixtures, appliances, material selection and project coordination. The Honolulu showroom is also a place to review physical products and finishes with clients.
Do partners receive access to new products and industry events?
Yes. Susanna shares information about new collections before they reach the showroom floor and invites partners into a curated community of architects, designers, contractors and other local creatives.
